"WATER ON STONE" is another in my waterfalls series. Painting it came to mind a few weeks ago when I was speaking with my daughter, Marti, about her recent trip to Big Bend National Park. The conversation lead to mention of the Burro Mesa Pour-off and how much we enjoy it. I've not been there in quite a while but have a memory of how it feels to be there, particularly after a good rain. Go there if you can - you'll love the experience of a waterfall in a desert.
